Supporting MittiLabs with strategy, planning and design for 3 products which help to reduce methane produced by rice and drive investment in high-quality sustainable projects.
The first task was to support the sales, educational and investor deck materials, focusing on the clear story of innovations in rice growing methodologies which reduce methane emissions and water consumption, while being able to invest in growing projects and the return on carbon credits.
The MittiLabs team needed support on multiple fronts, from educational and investor decks to their innovative platforms.
Once we had completed the decks it was on to MittiLabs admin platform. We broke down the architecture for the platform and began to understand how we would manage data and people, it was important to understand the progress of projects and build on the relationships with farmers across India.
It was then on to both MittiCollect which is the farmer onboarding app and the Project Insight platforms. With the Collect app we had a number of challenges, many of the teams who would onboard farmers are not tech savvy, and also we also needed to consider the remote nature of the farms and complexity of both land ownership and farming practices. It was imperative we understood the entire process to provide the best solutions.
The team at MittiLabs were unreal to collaborate with and their vision is inspiring. Working with people/teams like this is what we strive for and to see their growth and success as a team making a difference is fuel for us to help more and keep getting better.
