Full redesign and build for our 'Enterprise' client Sierra Central Credit Union, focusing on audience communication, audibility and accountability.
Their communications on the site needed to accomplish 3 things.
Show the benefits of a credit union over traditional banks and how it supports its members, attract a younger audience through their digital capabilities and make their product offering clear and up front.
During the process of re-architecting the website, we also began copywriting messaging and creating content to support these three primary goals.
Sierra Central needed to drastically improve their website, while making it easier for their internal teams to manage and have accountability. We began to break down their entire website and restructure.
At the beginning of our discussions, one thing which was clear - there was a lack of consistency and audibility for compliance. We began putting these systems in place to make it easier to track who edited what and when, while setting process for individual teams.
Marketing would only be responsible for content on the website, while Accounting departments would never go into Webflow to update rates. We did this by allowing them to update records in Airtable from an uploaded CSV and leverage MAKE to then set when and how rates would be updated - making it very simple for teams to not conflict with any website updates.
For the Marketing teams we began to build processes and tools to allow them to effectively manage and market the website. Easily delivering engaging content to new and existing members through guides, support and highlighting promotional content - while also putting in place ways to track engagement.
Through custom Webflow components we provided internal teams with ways to tailor content with constraints, allowing the team to grow the site and maintain their brand consistency.
During the entire process, we provided video tutorials and did workshops with the team to help them learn and take control of their website, all while providing continued to support when needed.
To this day we continue to develop and improve the site, monitoring engagement and making adjustments if needed.
